ISO 9001 Quality System

ISO 22000 Food Safety System
We offer the best quality and freshest food products to our guests. We manage our food production, presentation and hygiene processes with precision and professionalism. We work 100% in accordance with Republic of Turkey laws and food safety regulations . We carry out our works with great attention and continuity on food safety.
ISO 18001 Occupational Health and Safety System
Occupational health and safety is always the first priority in our hotels. We work 100% in accordance with Republic of Turkey laws and occupational health and safety regulations. With our competent staff, we ensure that all activities required by the occupational health and safety system are fulfilled in our hotels.
ISO 14001 Environmental Safety System
We protect our environment with high precision. We apply the standards, Republic of Turkey laws and regulations related to this issue carefully in our hotels. We carry out all the environmental audit, control and management activities within the Environmental Management System completely with the principle of sustainability and we continuously improve ourselves to prevent environmental pollution.
ISO 10002 Complaint Management System
We treat all complaints of our guests, employees and interested parties with great care. We don't cover the complaints. On the contrary, we clearly share and evaluate complaints within the principles of transparency and honesty. We put a lot of effort to find solutions. We develop durable solutions to avoid repetition of the problem and we work 100% in accordance with Republic of Turkey laws and regulations related to the matter. We make maximum use of technological opportunities in the management and administration of all 10002 processes. We integrate the complaint management data with our management performance activities, and this way we aim to achieve the best as a team continuously.
